RYAN HEADRICK
CEO
Retired U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant with 22 years of honorable service. Throughout his career, he played a key role in establishing air traffic control facilities, developing processes, and training personnel worldwide. He was deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and once for Operation Enduring Freedom. Additionally, he served multiple overseas tours in Japan, Honduras, and Portugal. At each stage of his career, Mr. Headrick was recognized for his initiative, creativity, and exceptional leadership.
Known for his practical technical expertise, Mr. Headrick transitioned post-retirement from tracking aircraft to tracking and optimizing complex, multi-platform advertising campaigns. He holds over a dozen certifications, a Bachelor’s degree in Air Traffic Control from Thomas Edison University, and Master’s degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University.

MICHAEL PREACHER
COO
Founder and former President of Unified Partnerships at iHeartMedia, Mr. Preacher built media’s first fully dedicated team focused on providing resources, expertise and executional bandwidth to agencies for public sector campaigns. Under Mr. Preacher’s leadership, his team collaborated to pursue, win and execute more than 1,000 government contracts and hundreds of private sector campaigns.

Known industrywide as a foremost expert in public campaigns, Mr. Preacher has 30 years’ experience in media strategy, campaign and target audience research, campaign execution, analytics and resource development.

Mr. Preacher is a former two-time Academic All-America for the University of Oregon football program where he earned his BA in Journalism and Advertising.
